Personal Impressions Custom Calenders
DIRECTIONS
Pick photos to fill your twelve monthly pages - at least one picture per page. (See layout suggestions.) Do not use lined paper or write on the front of the photo(s), as it will show on your calendar. Do not tape photo(s) to paper unless you want the paper to be the background. You choose the month for each picture or collage. You must arrange your own groups of photos on the page.

DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING
Our normal shipping will be about 15 to 21 days from receipt of your order. During December, orders may take longer. All of your calendars and your photos will be returned as fast as possible.
HINTS FOR BETTER CALENDARS
Please put the month you would like each picture to appear on the back of the photo. A post-it-note works best. If not, use a pencil. DO NOT USE A PEN.
Use a stiff piece of cardboard to protect your photos in the mail. Send drawings, collages or artwork. These will make beautiful custom calendars.
Send color or black & white photos. Any size will work up to 8x10. Small wallet size will show more grain when enlarged to the 8x10 size. Generally 3x5 and up will work best.
Do not send slides, negatives, antique or one of a kind photos. Make a copy and send us the copy. WE can not use copyrighted photos without written permission of the copyright owner.
Horizontal photos work best. Vertical photos will also work, but will show more white on the sides. Two verticals on one page will fit the page better.
PICK YOUR OWN STARTING DATE
Your personal calendar runs for 12 months and can start on any month.
RUSH HANDLING:
We will have the calendar finished in ten days from the time we receive it and on it's way back to you. There is an additional $9.95 charge per order, not per calendar, for this feature.

CALENDAR START DATE
Your calendar can start any month or year. Indicate these in the space provided on the kit sheet..
PERSONALIZED DATES
For an additional $5.95, you can list up to 25 personalized dates for the calendar in the space provided. (This is a one-time charge. Dates are automatically printed on all duplicate calendars.) You can use up to 30 characters for each date. Type or clearly print entries (up to 30 characters) to appear on one date, but each entry counts as a separate date when figuring your cost. Major holidays are pre-printed on each calendar. If you want some dates on some calendars, and no dates on other calendars, you must purchase 2 separate kits and submit a separate set of photos with each kit. NOTE: If you list an event for February 29 for a calendar year that is not a Leap Year, please change this date to either February 28 or March 1. Year 2000 is a Leap Year, 2001 is not a leap year.
DUPLICATE CALENDARS
Save Up To $4.00 per calendar
Duplicate calendars will be printed with the same photos and dates as the original calendar. If you would like to order duplicate calendars for your family and friends, just indicate how many duplicates you want on the kit sheet. Duplicate calendars cost only $18.95 each ($17.95 each if you order 5-9, $16.95 if you order 10-24, $15.95 if you order 25 or more), plus shipping and handling. Any duplicate calendars you order will include your personal dates and/or single titles at no extra cost. If you are ordering 50 or more calendars, please call for a special discount price.
STANDARD and PERSONALIZED COVERS
The cover page of your calendar is pre-printed "Our Custom Calendar". The first page of your calendar has a special dedication section that you can fill out when giving the calendar as a gift.
You may choose to have a photo and title (up to 30 characters) printed on the cover of your calendar for only $9.95 additional for your first calendar and $6.95 for each duplicate.
PERSONALIZED MONTHLY and SINGLE TITLES
Personalized Monthly Titles
Twelve 30 character titles, one for each month of the year, for a one-time charge of $5.95. These titles appear on duplicates free.
Personalized Single Titles
A 30 character title that appears in the same place every month of the year for a one-time charge of $1.95
